The following document Explains what the POAP Today/Tomorrow metric is and how the logic for the math is calculated.
What is POAP Today/Tomorrow metric
- The Periop metric(POAP Today/Tomorrow) shows the count of patients with a periop propath.
- The details for the POAP patients can be found under the OR tab -> Planner -> POAP.
- In the Demand metric POAPs Today/ Tomorrow Shows the perioperative procedures scheduled for today and tomorrow.
- Today / Tomorrow count in the demands tab must be equal to the count listed under the OR tab -> Planner -> POAP.( see the 02 screen shots)
- If the count is not matching, then it might be a periop propath problem or a type problem or a problem with location.
Logic for the POAP Count in the Demands tab -
- The Count is calculated for the patients who are in SDA_BEDS
- The Patients are not calculated in the POAP metric if they are in a room listed under "EXCLUDE_OR_ROOMS".
( This can be found in Raven DB -> Analytics -> ClientDictionaries -> Select the relevant Hospital )
- For the perioperative procedures scheduled for today, the start time must be today
And for the tomorrow metric, Start time must be tomorrow.
